Mica is an RYT-2oo, and has been teaching in Milwaukee and the Southeastern Wisconsin area since 2018. Mica is passionate about making yoga and the 8-limbed path more attainable so practitioners can regularly find a sense of wholeness. Her classes are accessible to all levels as they are built simple to complex with an emphasis of choice and body autonomy. Staying true to the Moving Galaxy’s Code of Ethics, two principles Mica lives by are Radical Inclusion and Radical Self Expression; all are welcome to practice and each practitioner is invited to express their practice as they need in order to liberate the Self.
