Kelsey Weaver Paulus, ERYT-500, is an International Yoga Teacher who has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for more than ten years. She loves to inspire and connect with her students and community through playful flows and by offering safe and open spaces for conversation, creative expression, individuality, authenticity, and connection. Her top highlight in the Milwaukee yoga world was owning and operating Urban Om for seven years. Kelsey currently works full-time in marketing, and loves spending her free time adventuring with her husband, Zak, and two pups, Delta and Birdie.
