I completed my 200-RYT certification through the Moving Galaxy under the guidance of Anna Argeropoulos and Bridget Wirth in January 2024. My teaching places an emphasis on playful exploration, and I encourage students to delight in the moments of messiness and wobbles. The magic is in the process!

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me getting my hands dirty in the garden, reading, or cooking up something spicy.
